What do we mean by Rethinking Normal?
Rethinking the norms of society is a radical act we can all participate in. It allows us to dismantle harmful hierarchies and collaboratively and creatively imagine a new normal.
We equip schools and other organizations with tools to engage in courageous conversation surrounding topics of identity, systemic oppression, and collaborative world-building.

Facilitating Anti-Oppression Work in the Classroom provides an excellent opportunity to engage with others that are concerned with this all-important work. The facilitators did an excellent job at keeping everyone interested, while maintaining a personal exchange that allowed all participants to feel heard and appreciated throughout.
